Hi experts, I have a problem with request item and user permission. In my RITM, I have a list collector variable like this:
I want to let the selected users can read and write on the RITM which they were assigned.
Hope to get the helps. Thank you.
Update: I have created an ACL to read as below but I just can read on form list, cannot see form detail:
You can see that form list have already been filtered:
But form detail cannot read:

The best practice is to create an ACL for a certain group of users or role.
hit the thumbs up button if this helps.

what do you mean by selected users?
RITMs are being worked upon by internal users and then agents work on catalog task
What's your business requirement?

Hi Ankur, as you can see on my attached image, I have a variables name "assign_to", I want to let all users who have been added to this variable can edit on my record. And make sure that users just can edit on the record which they were assigned.
