Glide_list fields read only (readonly_clickthrough=true attribute)

we have a read only "List Field" and we need to make it "clickthrough" by underlining the values inside the field. At the moment it's possible to have this behaviour only if you are using SN Util. Is there a way to make it inside ServiceNow by using some attributes or other?
