When to you it :

> You need fully dynamic recipients at runtime that Notification conditions can't fetched.

> You're sending outside standard notification triggers (from a Scheduled Job, Script Include, or Flow Action)

Although ootb recommended way is to - Business Rule fires an event, Notification record picks the template and handles merging fields, recipients, conditions.

It's more maintainable than manually scripting GlideEmailOutbound since you get built-in template and easier configuration without touching script.

Hi @Supriya Mane ,

GlideEmailOutbound() gives you a quick way to send email out from ServiceNow but it lacks dynamic configuration and UI Layouts. 

As you have said you want to send email along with the layout and everything. Please go with event, and associate the event with a system email notification with the Template and Body format.

That way you would have to worry about any bad user experience on email.
