Global Search in Workspace

Hi all,
I have a workspace when i am searching for record in global search then it is giving all find results, on clicking the record its opening into workspace tab. Before it was working like when searching for record it was directly opening into same workspace.
I have checked almost everything but did not get any finding.
any suggestions would be helpful..

Can you explain in detail of your issue?
When searching with number in global search of workspace, the record is not opening as exact match?

I have a workspace where any agent working on that workspace, when searching for a record in the search bar, is first getting the exact match. After clicking on it, the record opens in the workspace. It was all working fine before. like agent was searching for the record number, it was opening that record in the tab of their workspace.

So when the exact match is found, it's not opening the record directly but showing you the list.

I have checked the configuration has been done already but the thing is it is not working
I checked almost everything..
Will it be possible that it can be done from ui builder because there is some data source has used which redirect the global record.
