Global Search in Workspace

Hi all,
I have a workspace when i am searching for record in global search then it is giving all find results, on clicking the record its opening into workspace tab. Before it was working like when searching for record it was directly opening into same workspace.
I have checked almost everything but did not get any finding.
any suggestions would be helpful..

So in the first screenshot is it is searching the record.
In this screenshot- searching globally
In this the data should be come directly

No, I have raised a case for this issue with the ServiceNow.
