Global search result is not opening Order guide

Hi,

 

I did global search for order guide and from the result when I click the search results order guide is not opening but when I search for catalog items or knowledge articles I am able to navigate to respective record. 

 

We have AI search enabled as well. AI suggestions are working fine though. Issue is only for order guide and outside AI search. Looking for guidance in checking where the miss is.

Hi @sravanip ,

 

Navigate to: Service Portal > AI Search > Search Result Actions and make sure there is navigation defined for you order guides.

Yes I have already defined search action for order guide and gave this new page url as well.

I believe its a known issue with order guides, your issue is bit different but i believe this will help
