global text search is not showing users*

Hi All,

When I searching with the userid ,Users is empty in global search in prod intance but same displayed in DEV instance .What might be the issue?

Hi Vimal Priya,

I'm also facing this issue in our UAT instance, it's working fine in dev and PROD.
Is your issue resolved, if yes please post the solution here.
