Hi,

I want to remove the globe icon from portal when on requested item. form ticket location widget

I'm not entirely sure what is driving this.   It seems like it's related to Geolocation and Location Services.   But that is activated via a plugin, and I don't have that plugin activated and I still see this icon.  

I have removed it before by removing these lines of code from the Widget:

I would love to know the correct solution though.

Hi Puchu,

As pointed by geoffrey.sage it is correct all you need is to Clone the OOB widget named : Ticket conversation & then comment the above lines of code.

Once done you need to place the rep;ace the widget in the pages it is being used.
