Hello experts,
Working on Xanadu, I'm looking for a way to return to old classic view of creating Dashboards with the "Add widget" button. I tried to set glide.analytics.enabled property to inactive but the view is still remained with the PA new view.
I need to add a lot of reports to a new dashboard and with the new view it seems it's not possible (I'm forced to create new data visualisations which takes a lot of time and effort.
There is a workaround?
Thanks,
Tomer

My thoughts
-> in Xanadu "Add Widget" workflow has been replaced by new Platform Analytics design.
-> The new dashboards—especially in Platform Analytics—center around Data Visualizations and Widgets, which must now be built or imported individually.
-> The "classic UI dashboard" experience is not directly available in Xanadu, and there’s currently no documented system property or UI setting to permanently revert to it
Things you can try:
Adding in New Dashboard UI:
-> In the new Responsive Dashboards, click the plus ("+") sign or "Add Widget" to use the widget picker. However, you must still select each report or visualization one by one.
-> In Platform Analytics, reports must be recreated as Data Visualizations to be added to dashboards.

As an administrator you can go back to the dashboards and even edit them, but this is not something you should do. The door to the old legacy dashboards and reports has been closed and you should continue using the new features. I have had many users make the same request, but there is not really anything you can do. Working the old way was much faster and this is what users have been using as a justification to their requests.

Hi @tpeleg
This is the expected behavior because of the new updated report module. The dashboard has been merged and enhanced with the data visualization, so reverting will not help. You should follow the updated data visualization approach only.
