Got error trying to ask a question in community page.

When I try to ask questions in the community portal page, I got error. The error message says: There is no accessible forum to post question. Please contact your system administrator.
What's the fix for this? Thanks.

Try accessing the community portal from a different web browser or device to see if the problem is specific to your current setup.

Confirm that there are active forums available for posting questions. ServiceNow Community Portal might undergo maintenance or changes, leading to temporary unavailability of forums.

Still if does'nt help it's advisable to reach out to ServiceNow support for assistance. They can investigate further and provide guidance on resolving the error message you're encountering.

@Community Alums Since your question is on the forum now, it seems that there might be a temporary issue and now it has been addressed. Try a log-out and logging again in such cases as it may be related to browser caching sometimes.

I did face same issue and after logout and logi and cache clear it works fine. Please try as requested.
