I tried below
1) Create manual factors
Had added Group Factor : Hello universe
Had added Manaul factor: Hello world
Had published both but not showing in Inherent assement tab
How to fix this to show manual and group facgtors in Risk assessment flow as shown in screenshot above?

Did you ever happen to sort this? I've got a similar situation i believe.
I have a current published Risk Assessment Methodology.
I have a current published Group Factor for the Inherent Assessment which has quantitative and text manual factors.
I need to add a new text factor to the above.
I copied the overall RAM putting in draft state. I created a Manual Factor but the ability to add from there is where I'm stuck.
I'm hoping you may have found or have a link to maybe a bit more concrete steps to add a new manual factor. It appears doc's only takes the approach of all of it being new vs copy, republish etc
