Green highlighting based on notes entered in ticket....does this work in Next Experience?

Ive seen it where within an incident or case if the reported by/for person responds to their ticket via portal and adds notes to it, the fulfiller on will see on the native end that the incident number is highlighted green in list view.  They use this to scan their incidents and see if there are any updates within the incidents from their customers.  Is this available in Next Experience? Cant seem to find the answer on this one and I dont know what it is called other than the way I explained it 🙂
