greyout choice option on a variable

on an order guide (new hire)  i have a catalog item that has a choice variable with 2 options, when that catalog item is being used in the order guide i need one of those choices to be greyed out. How can i archieve that?

Hi @sola2 

I’m not sure this is doable, as an Order Guide is nothing but a collection of Request Items. If you make any change at the item level, it will impact it everywhere.
