Groups and Roles are removing from the Users profile automatically .They are not inactive users, they login everyday to servicenow instance. Can anyone help what/how this issue is happening.
I checked scheduled jobs and business role, but no luck.

Hi @Sindhura Polagg,
I've seen scenarios where the customer had Azure SSO configured and they have the capability of provisioning user, groups and user and group membership automatically. I'd check on that.
On another note for troubleshooting, could you check the audit trail for the user record and see which user is deactivating them?

Start by checking the audit log for those users. See which user is marked as making the update. This will give you a clue.

After investigating
I’ve noticed that the Last Login Time field on user records is not updating, even though those users are logging in frequently. This issue appears to affect only some customers — the field updates correctly for others.
and as system relies on this field to determine login activity, it is incorrectly identifying these users as inactive and sending warning emails or revoking their access.
