Has anyone tried making Guided Tours available for Unauthenticated Users on a Public Service Portal?

Hi @James Aina1 

unfortunately this is not possible. ServiceNow needs a logged-in user to relate some individual values to a certain user. And also the tour trigger is related to a certain user or a certain role.
