Handle Approvals for List Collector

We have a list collector and 8 dropdown options,In that 4 options have approvals, and 4 Not, How to handle approvals for this kind of scenario

Problem: if the user selects 3 out 4 that doesn't have approvals it is getting skipped and closing the ticket

How do you have this currently setup (the approval)? And those every item needs to be approved separately or is it one approval if one of the 4 is chosen? Depending on your current setup a "if field contains A or B or C or D, approve" should do the trick.

there is a requirement where, the "contained by" should be auto-populated if a user selects any record from service offering table in the form which is present in that particular selected record from the table. And based on that multiple contained by resources approval needs to be triggered. Is this possible, if yes how to do it?
