Hardware Asset Mgmt - HW Refresh

Testing the Hardware Refresh part of HAM Pro, however, running into a roadblock on the sourcing item piece as I cannot get past the task as the options are greyed out.SourceRequest Screen.png

I am at a loss as I have this issue on the Hardware Stock order process and cannot figure out why there is no option to move the process forward.

Do you have a vendor defined on the model that you are trying to source? You can't press the Purchase button without one...

Hi AndyB5000,

 

I noticed this when setting up asset refresh as well for my company. I came across it when I was trying to implement a generic model of computer for End-Users to select and I received the same screen as yours. This was ultimately related to the Hardware Model not related to the Product Model in the Service Catalog. Using 'Hardware & Software Items' was key to finding the problem and solving it.
