Hello,

 

Hardware asset refresh item not creating Task directly..we need to create the task manually 

 

Please guide on this

In flow it is waiting for 3rd step to be complete. Sourced = true is the condition. How can I evaluate this condition in RITM

Check the task if got created for delivery, close the same. Also hoping in 1st step you had updated the sourcing details properly.
