Has anyone successfully setup the Docusign spoke in their instance?

I can't get admin in the Docusign account because the admin of the account won't give it to me (I'm a contractor). I gave him this article to follow to set up the account: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0852804
I put the docusign catalog item in my service catalog to test it out, but I'm getting an error in the flow context:
Anyone familiar with this issue or can guide me on how to do a better test or a set up the spoke successfully? My end goal is to have a docusign sent out along with a RITM for a mobile device.
