From where does the has breached field in a ticket get its value?

Hi Sruthi,



There is a BR which creates a trigger to set the breach field to true if the breach time is passed.



BR Name : Set planned end time

do you how planned_end_time/breach time get auto calculate when we moved the PR into pause state

Hi

On task_sla table, field 'Has breached' will specify whether ticket is breached or not.

 

You can make us of same fields (has Breached of Incident) to show POP Up with Incident Breached   when   incident page loads.
