Our compliance team has started using ValGenesis to manage a few of their functions. Since a lot of what they are doing relates to change management in ServiceNow, they want to integrate the two so that ServiceNow can tell ValGenesis when a new change has been created and ValGenesis can tell ServiceNow when certain tasks have been completed.
As there is no integration spoke for ValGenesis I'll be most grateful for any information you can provide on establishing the connection and any "gotchas" around doing the integration.
