I have a question on Next Experience UI.
There are two things I would like to realize in Next Experience UI.
But I was not able to find answer in the document.
So I would appreciate it if you guys tell me the procedure to realize the followings.
1, I would like to change the header logo on the top of instance in Next Experience UI.(Red square in picture)
2, I would like to always display header caption beside header logo like UI16 in Next Experience.(I know in Next Experience UI, when hovering over header logo, we can see the caption.)

The 'old' UI16 property pages have no effect on Next UI branding: this is all based on UI Builder functionality. A good starting point for getting to grips with this is this community post: Introduction to Themes in Next Experience UI - Next Experience - Article - ServiceNow Community
To change the header bar (the 'old' way of visually differentiating instances) see: How to change the header background color in New Experience UI(Polaris) - Support and Troubleshootin...
For the logo: there is an article on this but I can't find it! Essentially, you create a new UX Style containing the image as an asset:
Then, on the UX Theme style, associate this with the theme you're using. If you're using Polaris and just want to override the default logo (imagery), make this entry a high order.
