I am reviewing our ServiceNow Healthscan Scorecard report, and there is a note indicating that I can improve the following performance defaults:
>> Max page list size
Is anyone familiar with the best practices related to "Max Page list size", and more specifically where I would update it? I might be looking at the wrong system property, but I checked glide.ui.activity_stream.page_size which currently has a value of 0.
Any input would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the quick response. I verified that glide.ui.record.count is set to 20 in our instance. However, glide.ui.per_page is set to 10,15,20,50,100,500 so 64 users were able to override the default. Do you happen to know what the "recommended" settings would be?

Hello,
I have a question. In our healthscan score card pdf report, I see 1 vs 0 under improve security section.
- I 'm assuming these correlate to the PDF document and specifically the section Security How can I improve?
- need to understand the difference between 1 vs 0
- for example, on the item "Set complex 'default' password" it's currently a 0
- or "SSLv2/SSLv3 should be disabled" is also a 0
Can someone please provide referense on how to interpret between 1 vs 0.
Please advise,
