Hello All, has anybody configured Dashboard in SOW?

In Service Operations Workspace, when you click on Home Icon and select any Dashboard to open any report/record, it will let u do so while staying in workspace. However, when I am using the Dashboards Icon to do the same, it is opening the record outside Workspace in Native UI.

Any help in this regard is appreciated.

I check your problem in my PDI Please the configuration of your left navigation like it is linked to routing to any other page ? 

Also Check the below url

This is the dashboard page in UI Builder check if you have any route here, also check if this is happening in test and prod too. If no, compare dev or that instance which is causing issue to that instance which is working fine.
