Hi @Arthur Sanchez ,
As you see in your previous screenshot, you have configured correctly that emails should be send:
So, in a production instance delivered by ServiceNow, this would work, and the users would receive their mails in their Gmail account.
Since this is NOT a production instance, but only a personal developer instance, you can't send emails as this has been disabled by ServiceNow according to what I have posted previously: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/
So basic, you will not be able to send and/or receive emails in your personal developer instance.

Hi @Arthur Sanchez ,
Production instance is acquired through ServiceNow sales. So you / your company need to buy license and instance.

I understand that I can view it, but I want to know how do I send this to, for example, the user's Gmail? I want my application to be able to send emails and appear to users in normal email without them having to worry about entering servicenow

NOW I UNDERSTAND, the problem is not in my configuration but in my instance, normal dev instances cannot send emails, but how do I get the production instance to be able to send emails?
