Hi @Arthur Sanchez  ,

As you see in your previous screenshot, you have configured correctly that emails should be send:

AndersBGS_0-1710939034038.png

So, in a production instance delivered by ServiceNow, this would work, and the users would receive their mails in their Gmail account.

Since this is NOT a production instance, but only a personal developer instance, you can't send emails as this has been disabled by ServiceNow according to what I have posted previously: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

So basic, you will not be able to send and/or receive emails in your personal developer instance.

Hi @Arthur Sanchez  ,

Production instance is acquired through ServiceNow sales. So you / your company need to buy license and instance.

I'm really lost man, I need an explanation, a step by step from the email configuration to how to send it

Hi @Arthur Sanchez  ,

see the post from earlier with the link. ServiceNow has disabled the possibility from PDI - so no option.

Could you explain to me what happened, because I can't understand, the dev instance had the semaisl disabled but is it still possible to view the emails that would "Theoretically" be sent? I'm lost friend

Hi @Arthur Sanchez  ,

When you open up the single mail, you have a "preview mail" under the related links:

This will give you a view just like below that can be utilized:
