I created 2 notifications, one for the user and the other for support, my problem is the notifications are going to all users, for example, when a ticket has the status of closed complete, a notification must be sent to the user who opened it, BUT I can't put this in As a rule, I closed it using system admin and the user was notified of a ticket that was closed that the admin opened. I need help so that notifications are only sent to the respective users who opened them, the same logic will be applied to support, I am not able to apply this logic, please help me

Hi, based on your post the provider notifications appear to be slightly different from 'normal' notifications and 'Send to event creator' appears to have been replaced with 'Include the person whose action triggered the notification'.
In standard notifications 'Send to event creator' ensures the user who triggered the notification is always sent the message if they are identified as a recipient via the sent to values, verses provider 'Include the person whose action triggered the notification' which seems to include the person who triggered the message as an additional recipient.
If you can set 'Include the person whose action triggered the notification' to false for your end user notification
and build your 'internal' notification in Notifications 'sysevent_email_action' then this would give you the best of both worlds.

I don't understand what I should do, I have to uncheck the option 'Include the person whose action triggered the notification' and then what?
