Help the HelpDesk

I am exploring the Help the Helpdesk feature, When I click on Help the HelpDesk module under Self Service and run the script I get an popup with the discovered details. But there is no entry created in cmdb computer table.

Even i am getting the same issue. Let me know if your data has been successfully updated to CMDB table.
