Help with Email Notification - "undefined" error in the subject

Hi ,

I have an email notification built,

Where in the subject it shows this error, "undefined undefined" when I Preview the Notification

I have checked the email script, but could not find any error? HELP?

You have applied email template, please check if you are setting subject through email template.

In the Email Template , email script is applied. 

I have not built this but the previous resource who was there.

Is the code that is currently commented out being used?
MailTemplate is a custom script include, so can't help with that unless you provide the source code.

Hi,

I was doing some trail and error to check. Even if I comment that part or not, "undefined undefined" error still exists when I preview the notification.
