I thought I'd post this as I had some problems finding the right buttons to click on Slack in order to complete the step called "Activity - Post Trivia Question to Slack".
Of course, this post may suffer the same issues that the course faces which is that Slack changes so this might be out of date but hopefully it will help some people.
The instructions say:
Follow the directions provided by the Slack Help Center(opens in a new tab) to set up a Webhook. Specify the #random channel and make note of the Webhook URL when you have completed this step.
The Slack Help Center opens when you click the link and you can search for a help topic. This might just be me but, I looked for "webhook" and found the first result called "Build a workflow: Create a workflow that starts outside of Slack" (it seemed to make sense). This help topic describes how to create a workflow but, you can't create a workflow in the free version of Slack. I tried a few more searches and couldn't find anything useful (again, it might just be me!!)
Then I tried following the further instructions given in the course:
"Create a new Slack app" in the workspace. How do you do that? So, I searched for "Create a new slack app" in the help. Nothing useful for a beginner there. Try searching for "Incoming Webhooks". Nothing useful.
It seemed that all of the terminology used by ServiceNow has been changed by Slack and all menus and buttons have moved. I even noted that some of the Slack documentation talks about buttons that are no longer there (or, at least, aren't there with the access that I have).
In desperation, I Googled it and found this page straight away. That's the only page you need to activate incoming webhooks and get the webhook URL needed to proceed with the training.
I hope this saves a frustrating hour or so.

On reflection, I think it is just me not fully understanding the terminology.
