Help with linking webassessor account to now learning.

Hi Everyone,

I bought CSA voucher in now learning . When I using that voucher code in webassessor account then it is displaying message as - 

"

Candidate is not associated with voucher. Your Now Learning and Webassessor accounts must need mapped correctly in Now Learning. If you need help linking accounts submit a case to ServiceNow

"

But if I am checking my Now learning profile 

Webassessor Account:

Webassessor acount has same email address as it is in now profile. Can anyone guide me throw this issue.

Please create a case through NowLearning to ServiceNow. They will be able to help you merge the two accounts.

From experience it can quickly take 1-2 weeks before a response is ready, but hang tight - they will respond.
