Help with My Requests in Employee Center

We previously had Employee Center set up only for HR - I am trying to revert it back to OOB so we can use it for everyone. On the main Employee Center page there is a Widget called My Active Items - Ours is somehow set for My Requests to go to a custom table u_hrts. Instead of the OOB Task table. I still need it to go there since that's our HR table but how can I also add the Main tables - I could find no configuration that is even pointing to that table. TIA

To configure the sources for the My Requests page/widget:
1.Navigate to request_filter.list
2.Activate the respective records .
3.If there are no records, copy the required records based on the PDI.
