Hi,
We're following this guide from Servicenow: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/task/create-dv-pivo... and particularly the part about creating a pivot table with multiple data sources. However, it should be noted that this issue occurs regardless of visualization type.
What happens is that when we save the visualization it reverts and sets all the data sources to just one singled out data source. So instead of, as in the guide, having Number of open incidents, Average age of open incidents and Average re-assignment of open incidents we end up with just 3 instances of Average re-assignment of open incidents.
Here's before saving:
And here's after saving:
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Do you have any suggestions on what might be wrong or how to fix it?
We've also logged a case with Now support.

Hi Johan,
Unfortunately we have not. The issue lies within Servicenow's handling of languages and labels. They have a problem raised for it (PRB1747759).
The first information was that they were not going to fix it as it required a lot of resources and time to do so but they have since changed their mind.
There is, however, a workaround that actually works.
Create the visualization with the OOTB English language set and then don't edit the visualization in any other language. Don't even open it in editing mode if you have any other language selected.
It'll work until it gets edited in another language. At which point you will need to rebuild it.
Sorry i didn't have better news.

Thank you for your reply, I will try your workaround. Thank you for sharing this workaround to help me unblock this problem that I have.
It's a shame that they don't resolve this issue quickly...
This will help me to resolve this problem for my client, but I will have to be very careful...
