Help with Virtual Agent

Hi Everyone,

 

I am working on virtual agent. But I am getting this error. I am trying to create a topic for virtual agent in PDI.

Just to verify, which plugin did you actually install? Or didn't you install a specific plugin and just opened the Virtual Agent designer? 

 

To me this looks like you didn't install the Virtual Agent plugin (Glide Virtual Agent). Yes on fresh PDIs you will see several parts of Virtual Agent available, though again that's not the full Virtual Agent. I also just reproduced this on a fresh PDI.

Actually this also already tells it:

On a fresh PDI you have this:

So Virtual Agent Lite is installed on a fresh PDI. Virtual Agent is not. So you need to install Glide Virtual Agent yourself.

Hi there,

 

Are you using Virtual Agent or are you actually using Virtual Agent Lite? I recall this message is when having Virtual Agent Lite only.

 

So that's your issue, upgrade 🙂
Since it's a PDI, you can just do so.

Make sure you have the entire package for virtual agent. and you have virtual agent admin role.
