Just to verify, which plugin did you actually install? Or didn't you install a specific plugin and just opened the Virtual Agent designer?
To me this looks like you didn't install the Virtual Agent plugin (Glide Virtual Agent). Yes on fresh PDIs you will see several parts of Virtual Agent available, though again that's not the full Virtual Agent. I also just reproduced this on a fresh PDI.
Actually this also already tells it:
On a fresh PDI you have this:
So Virtual Agent Lite is installed on a fresh PDI. Virtual Agent is not. So you need to install Glide Virtual Agent yourself.

"I came across this thread where similar question answered."
That's the same as what I already answered here. Thanks for confirming my answer.

HeyHey Mark!
Greetings!
as Virendra mentioned he is using VA but not VA lite, I provided the thread so that it might be helpful for him to debug more.
I beleive the plugin screenshot you provide will resolve his query 🙂
Kind Regards,
Ravi Chandra.

I can understand your confusion on this. Since in the original post it is mentioned that VA is used. Though on the image provided I can clearly see that VA is not installed. The image provided is what you see when having Virtual Agent Lite, and not Glide Virtual Agent.
