Hi All, Visibility of activity stream to post comments in approval record in employee center. This is not visible to all the users who doesn't have ITIL role may I know where it configured how to override it. My requirement is to make the comments section visible for all the users.

Hi @Sid_Takali  thanks for the reply, but not exactly I am looking for. I can create a role and i can give it to users to see but in single go how to make that comments section visible for every user. As an admin or if i have ITIL role i can see this section but the users who doesn't have itil role also should be able to see this section?

@venky18 - This Comment box will get mapped to respective Work notes of RITM/KB when posted a comment from Portal If I'm not wrong.
 So User having ability to view RITM/KB in Native View can only be able to view this activity. 
This is the OOB functionality from SNOW which has been defined in widget 'hrm-task-ahc-widget' embedded from HRM Todos Summary widget
