You can use the Duplicate Dashboard option from the hamburger button to create a copy of the dashboard
You can navigate to Dashboard Administration and rename the dashboard there.

As you want to Duplicate a Dashboard.
you can follow below steps.
Navigate to the dashboard which you want to dupicate.
click on the hamburger/context meny icon of the dashboard.
To change the name of your duplicate Dashboard you can use either the dashboard properties button from dashboard context menu or you can use dashboard administration as well
1. Click on the Dashboard properties and It will navigate to the form were you can change its name.
2. You can go to Dashboard Administration module, search for the duplicate dashboard and modify the name.

As you said you want make the things in the dashboard, they are called widgets.
1. To make the changes to the widget you can follow below steps @Fredy Voke .
first step is open the dashboard and select on this configuration icon (top-right thrid icon)
Then hoverover the widget which you want to edit
you can see an edit widget Icon.
if you want you can use any of the available editing options
if you want table level filters such as queries for the widget you can click on edit content icon on the widget.
It will open the report for that particular widget.
if you want to add any sort of filters or queries for the report you can add them by selecting on this filter icon @Fredy Voke .
2. Instead of editing existing widgets and you want to make a copy of it, then you can select on "insert and Stay" of this report
then it will create a new report and chnage the title of the report as per your requirement and you can see the option to share your newly created report to dashboard, which is available at share option.
Select this option and add you newly copied report to add it your new duplicate dashboard @Fredy Voke.

Hi SLK Gupta, I was able to duplicate the dashboard, thanks again for that.. the requirement wants me to make copies of each of the things that are in the dashboard and I will edit them to only query for the group who will use the dashboard.
How do I make the copies and also edit them to Query for the group? Kindly assist if you can and find the screenshot below to for the duplicated copy
I am familiar with adding user/group/role in the red circled marked above but I am not sure on how to makes copies of each of the things on the dashboard and to edit them to query for the particular users alone.
