Hide Author in FILTERS when search Knowlege Base in service portal

@Yang Wu , Did you perform all the steps mentioned in the community link provided above?

You need to remove the authors section from Facet generation script in "Knowledge Bases" search source. Be cautious that this change will be applicable to all the portals listed under "Portals" related list.

If you want this change to be just for a specific portal then remove that portal from the OOTB "Knowledge Bases" search source, you can clone the search source and add the portal you want then update the Facet generation script to remove the authors section.
