Hide button New Project in Portfolio Planning Workspace

How can I hide this New Project button in Portfolio Planning Workspace ? I tried using ACL on table sn_align_core_project but it didn't work on the button

Sorry for the late response, I think I have found the solution to my problem is that the button inside Free-Form Road map of Portfolio Planning Workspace is configured inside the workspace. Using UI Builder I have known that these buttons are shown / hidden using UX Client Script and that is the reason why there is no UI Actions existed but the button still shows.
