I think I must be missing something easy, but can anyone tell me how to hide the Cancel button for fulfillers properly with workplace case/move case? Only thing I found that wasn't read-only and removed the button, broke the ability of the customers to cancel their case from the service portal.
Any help is most appreciated.

Found the way to accomplish this. It was the UI Action, but even though it was Read-only I should have looked closer, at the bottom there was a spot to change the visibility. I can include it in nothing (screenshot) or exclude it from specific views.

Hi Travis,
Did you check for ui actions? Did you try disabling it from there?

That was what I thought I was supposed to do, but when I found the Cancel button for sn_wsd_case_workplace_case it was listed as read only. I was going to make it so only admins could see the button, so someone could still cancel it but the rest wouldn't accidentally click on Cancel.

Strange. Did check in my PDI and does not show the read-only thing.

I made a new Developer instance today and it does also show Read only:
Unless I'm going to the wrong spot to do this and have done so in both instances.
