Hello,
we have an order guide that calls for several items. We want some of these items to be unavailable from the catalog or from a search on the service portal.
These items should only be accessible from the order guide.
is it possible to do this?

Hi @kmickael ,
You can try and the 'set Visible elsewhere' check box on the catalog item form to false. You will find it in the Catalog Item form, if not edit it using the list view of the table.
