Hide Catalog Variable's Information or Annotation from RITM and SCTASK

Basically what I want is this: 

I have a variable which has a 3-line information/help text which is always expanded on catalog form.

Now when this form is submitted, under the RITM and SCTASK variable this same help text is again displayed - this is what I do not want. 

So, is there any way to restrict visibility of information text only on form and hide it from RITM and SCTASK?

I think it's not possible to hide a help text of a variable there are some solutions discussed in this link.
