I want to set up a UI Policy to Hide Close Incomplete or Close Skipped in my PDI for the state field in an specific catalog item . However, in my PDI I am not able to dot walk to the Request item.item to specify the Catalog name? Can someone provide some guidance to help me understand why is not working or what I need to do to work as suggested on the attached picture.  Education appreciated.

Steps:

(1) Go to System UI Policy

(2) Select New

(3) Select "sc_task" table

(4) When to apply (Conditions) - not able to select item for the catalog item

Are you able to pick other catalog items ? if yes, please check if the number of items pulled matches the number of catalog items in table "sc_cat_item".

Hi,

Is "Employee Certification" a catalog item you have created in PDI ?

Please check if it's a valid catalog item and then try.

Thanks,

Arav

The Employee Certification is a catalog item created in my PDI (see picture below)

I go back to the UI Policy and in the condition I am not able to retrieve in the drop down "Request item.item" to pull the catalog item name.  It does not allow me to dot walk to the "Request item.item".  That's the issue. Any other suggestions, please. Thanks, Luis

Arav, I was able to find the catalog item in the catalog task. Thank you for your collaboration and patience helping me.
