Is there any possible way to hide a contextual sidebar icon ex: Template at workspace level?
or disabling it on one will impact all other workspaces as well?

Hi @Liyakhat
You can refer this Article : https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0995424
If you are not able to open so here the extracted version below
To hide Agent Assist or Attachments on the contextual side panel on a workspace created on UI Builder we need to add a screen condition on the custom table that will prevent the system from displaying th elements.
Instructions
Follow these steps:
• Open UI Builder and go to the Record Page for the Base Agent Workspace (or the custom app)
Click on the Menu at the top-> Developer->Open Page Definition
Scroll down to the Child Screens related list
Click on the record in the Screen Collection column for any record where the Screen name is "Agent Assist" and/or "Attachments (or the element you do not want to display)
For each record" in the UX screen related list, click into it and add the appropriate Screen Condition or delete the record if not needed.
Go to Runtime and validate that Agent Assist is no longer showing for tables that have not had it explicitly added in step 5.
"It is very important to add the screen condition to all the records in the UX screen related list.
If there are two entries "Agent Assist" and we only add the condition to one of them, this workaround will not work
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
