Hide Customer Information Tab in CSM configurable Workspace

Hello Experts,

 

I am trying to hide the customer information tab in CSM configurable workspace. What I have tried so far.

  1. UI Policy- related list action isn't there.

Any help would be appreciated.

In the UX Screens related list, switch Active to false for the Customer Information record. That's it.

Hi Sathish,

  1. Navigate to Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace View Rules.
  2. Click the rule that you want to modify.
  3. On the Form Settings tab, select the Hide Details & UI Actions check box to hide UI actions and the  customer information tab in the Related Items menu.

I did what you suggested. But still I am seeing the "Customer Information"!

Need urgent help on this. I have deactivated the UX screen related list but it's still visible on case table. Any idea?
