Hello Experts,
I am trying to hide the customer information tab in CSM configurable workspace. What I have tried so far.
- UI Policy- related list action isn't there.
Any help would be appreciated.

In the UX Screens related list, switch Active to false for the Customer Information record. That's it.

Hi Sathish,
- Navigate to Workspace Experience > Forms > Workspace View Rules.
- Click the rule that you want to modify.
- On the Form Settings tab, select the Hide Details & UI Actions check box to hide UI actions and the customer information tab in the Related Items menu.

Need urgent help on this. I have deactivated the UX screen related list but it's still visible on case table. Any idea?
