Hide disabled domains in domain picker

We have a number of disabled domains with no data on them. These domains could be deleted, but it sounds like it's very highly advised to NEVER delete domains.

If I could just hide them from the domain picker, that would be fine. Out of sight - out of mind..

Has anyone been able to figure out how to hide disabled domains from the domain picker?

We are running Helsinki Patch 8 if that helps..

Thank you!

Hello,

Maybe, this is late, but here's the workaround proposed by servicenow : : https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0677381

Think to empty the cache before testing.

Best regards

You can modify the Read ACL on Domain table by adding Active is true, and unchecking Admin override:

That helped to filter out the domains from the domain list - but didn't do anything to the domain picker.

Ideally, I'd like to do the opposite. Leave the table list view alone, and just filter the domain picker. However, if i have to filter to domain list view in order to filter the domain picker, then that's fine.

Hmmm . .   it filtered the domain picker for me, but I had to uncheck admin override, but it will filter list view.

interesting.. i did a /cache.do, logged out and in, and refreshed my browser. Still showing all the domains in the picker, but the domain list view is only showing active.
