Hide disabled domains in domain picker

We have a number of disabled domains with no data on them. These domains could be deleted, but it sounds like it's very highly advised to NEVER delete domains.

If I could just hide them from the domain picker, that would be fine. Out of sight - out of mind..

Has anyone been able to figure out how to hide disabled domains from the domain picker?

We are running Helsinki Patch 8 if that helps..

Thank you!

Hello,

Maybe, this is late, but here's the workaround proposed by servicenow : : https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0677381

Think to empty the cache before testing.

Best regards

Is there another ACL that's giving you read access? Out of the box, there are 4 ACLs on the domain table: create, read, write, & delete.

The OOB 4 are the only ones I have.

Check a non-admin account. I'm not using a tree domain picker, but one where I have to type in the name.

my non admin account also shows the inactive domains in the picker.

Michael.Fry, how did you get it so you had to type in the name rather than pick from the list?
