We have a number of disabled domains with no data on them. These domains could be deleted, but it sounds like it's very highly advised to NEVER delete domains.
If I could just hide them from the domain picker, that would be fine. Out of sight - out of mind..
Has anyone been able to figure out how to hide disabled domains from the domain picker?
We are running Helsinki Patch 8 if that helps..
Thank you!

Hello,
Maybe, this is late, but here's the workaround proposed by servicenow : : https://hi.service-now.com/kb_view.do?sysparm_article=KB0677381
Think to empty the cache before testing.
Best regards
Raja

That method worked. I just forgot to change the type from String to True/False in the User Preference. I then cleared cache on the instance, and closed out all my browser sessions.

Most are not able to access the KB article in solution. This one works - https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0759219
