Hello,

I want to hide/remove few knowledge bases which are visible on Knowledge homepage. Please suggest a possible way to achieve this requirement.

Thanks

Hi @Shruti Chelimel

What is your use case here? Do you want to hide permanently then mark active - False or use can read criteria.

Can you please elaborate more about using user criteria? I wish not to make them inactive.

there are no user criteria's mentioned in the can read/can contribute list. I want the knowledge bases to be available for all but they should not be visible on the knowledge homepage '$knowledge.do'.
