Hide insert/edit image button of HTML field

Would like to hide the insert/edit image button. 

Has anyone ever done this action?

I don't think this is possible. And even if it is, it's not going to prevent people from copying/pasting an image.

For copying/pasting image, I have a BR who abort this action.

I asked Snow Support, no solution proposed.

This is a critical issue for our company, because we manage our attachments using OnsiteFile Utility;

Do you want to disable it from all the fields globally? or for only one table?

Yes for all tables.

we don't have yet the Tokyo version, will see if it work in Rome version.
